- Packing: Unicrete Latex - 705 is packaged in 1 Kg, 5 kg, 10 Kg 20 kg and 50 Kg plastic containers.
Unicrete Latex-705 is a single component, SBR based polymer, consisting of polymer and liquid additives. It can be used in combination with cement as an economical waterproof coating for sunken portion of toilets & bathrooms, chajjas, terraces, balconies and roof slabs. It can also be used for concrete repair & Bonding agent as primer or repair mortar for repairs like spalled concrete of floors, columns, beams, slabs, parapets, etc.
