At Unicrete, quality isn’t tested—it’s engineered. We have combined modern manufacturing technology and strict international standards such as BS EN 12004, BSEN 138808, and ANSI 118. Each batch material goes through a series of tests at our own inhouse R & D Laboratory which is equipped with precise measuring instruments such as:
  • We do compressive tests & tensile strength tests to make sure every product can stand strong under any pressure.
  • Adhesion and flexural tests ensure long-lasting surface bonding as well as more flexibility.
  • Thermal and moisture resistance checks also help maintain the stability in every type of climate.
Our fully automated PLC-controlled production lines, spread across more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. These production lines maintain perfect mixing accuracy and product purity. So that every batch performs up to the mark just as expected; no matter what the site condition.
