Unicrete Black Seal is a scientific blend of synthetic resins, selected minerals and fillers with base being high quality Bitumen. Unicrete Black Seal is a protective and waterproof coating with very high elongation and rubber effect and has very high crack bridging ability. It is a high-performance coating that dries to elastic, flexible, impermeable waterproof membrane.
- Cold Applied, single component, ready to use waterproofing
- Easy and direct application, no open flames (torch) required.
- Highly flexible and covers hairline cracks effectively, thus prevents ingress of water.
- Highly elastomeric coating, withstands stress caused by thermal expansion & contraction
